How to train your upper traps in the gym. In the last video, I showed you guys how to blast your front shoulder muscles. If you haven’t seen already make sure that you check it out.

In this video, I show you three exercises that are guaranteed to help your traps grow like crazy. It’s all about form guys and your technique. There’s no point putting on too much weight that you can’t lift it properly. You need to make sure that you can handle the weight and that your form is correct. Build up the weight slowly.
