The client will be given his Fitness Programme (and Nutrition Plan if applicable) as a written and/or digital document, to take away and use in his own gym. Ollie’s aim is to empower the client to take control of his own fitness regime, removing the need for an expensive personal trainer.
The difference between using the MMTG Fitness Programme and hiring a personal trainer in the usual way is that Ollie does not want clients to come back for weekly sessions, at least for a few months.
