Ollie offers a completely free initial consultation by phone, on Skype or face-to-face, whichever you prefer.
During an initial phone or Skype consultation, Ollie will take some information about you, your measurements and your lifestyle and the two of you will agree realistic targets for the following twelve months, depending on whether you want to lose weight, bulk up and pile on muscle mass or stay lean and trim.
It is vital that your Programme is tailored to the specific targets that you want to achieve; otherwise you’ll just be training for the sake of it.
Next, you will visit Ollie’s studio where Ollie will critique your current gym regime (if any), assess your strengths and weaknesses and the areas you most need to focus on to achieve your goals.
Ollie will sit with you and design several different training plans for use on different days of the week, focusing on all the different body parts, the goals you have agreed and the amount of time you have available for gym work.
Next, you will visit Ollie’s studio where Ollie will critique your current gym regime (if any), assess your strengths and weaknesses and the areas you most need to focus on to achieve your goals.

You will now be ready to start pumping iron.
Having finalised the Fitness Programme and depending on your existing fitness level you will either:
Use light weights under Ollie’s supervision at his home gym (to make sure you are confident and ready to get cracking at your own gym or home.

Alternatively, Ollie may accompany you to his local gym where he is able to obtain free entry and will demonstrate each movement in each of the plans written.
Then it’s over to you to put in the hard graft – Ollie will have provided you with tools for a great look; whether you achieve it will depend on your blood, sweat and tears.
During the Initial Three months Period, you will be expected to stick as closely to your Programme as possible. In this Period, Ollie will deal with any questions that you may have by phone or text to help you embrace the gym life.
At the end of the Initial Period, you will come back to Ollie’s studio for a progress check.

After a further three months you will meet Ollie again to see whether he feels it would be advisable to tweak your Programme.
You will then be sent off for a Second Three Months Period during which you will again be expected to follow the tweaked Programme as closely as possible.
At the end of the Second Period, you will be shown how to deal with plateauing (a lack of muscle growth and physical changes, which results from a lack of gym variation) and taught additional techniques to incorporate in your workout.
You will now have been following the Programme for one year and should be starting to see considerable physical improvement.

While a tailor-made training programme like the Fitness Programme is essential if you want to achieve a great physique, equally important is a well-designed nutrition and diet plan.
Ollie is not a professional nutritionist, but as a model, it was essential that he kept in peak physical condition and developed a personal nutrition philosophy. He draws on this experience and the philosophy to devise a bespoke plan to meet the needs of each individual client and to be used in conjunction with the Fitness Programme.
